Beetroot Koshmbir (Salad)

This is one of my favorite salad or koshmbir as we call at home which is my Aai's preperation.This very simple salad was liked by all my friends when i prepared it for the first time for a dinner party.So here goes the recipe

Ingredients
1 medium sized beetroot (pressure cook for 3-4 whistles)
1/2 onion finely chopped
2-3 green chillies slit lengthwie
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 lime juice
2 tbsp groundnut coarsely ground
1-2 tsp yogurt (you can ignore this if u want a fry version it tastes equally good)
salt
sugar
Coriander chopped

Preparation-
1. Once the beetroot is pressure cooked let it cool and then peel of the outer skin.It should come off easily.Now grate the beetroot on a grater.
2.In a mixing bowl mix the shredded beetroot with all the above ingredients except yogurt.Just before serving add the yogurt and mix well.

Hope you all like this recipe this dish can even be served a side vege dish.
