Ingredients
Bread slices- 4
Paneer grated around ½ cup
Fresh coconut grated or you can use frozen -2 tbsp 
Onion finely chopped-2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/4tsp
Coriander chopped -2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp or as per taste
Chaat masala as per taste (optional)
Tomato ketchup – 1tbsp
Chilli sauce-1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil for frying

Method
1. Mix all ingredients except bread and oil in a bowl.
2. Taste the mixture and adjust the taste.
3. Take 1 bread slice and slice off the edges using a knife.
4. Now soak you hand in a bowl of water and place the wet hands on the bread slice so that it becomes little wet.
5.Place 1-2 tsp of the paneer feeling in the centre of the bread slice and then roll the slice to form a cylindrical shape.
6. Repeat for other slices.
7. Now heat oil in a pan, fry the bread rolls till golden brown.
8. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
